1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh, over ripe1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp Baking Powder2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw40.0 gram(s) Whey Isolate Protein Powder Vanilla Shake1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
seperate egg white and yolks... beat whites til they form peaks. In seperate bowl mix all other ingredients together then fold egg whites in. Grease pan and cook for 60-90 sec per side.
