Ingredients
6 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad) 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 serving 2 Cherry Tomatoes 1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
No cooking. Just chop everything,except for vinegar and garlic salt, and place in a bowl. Mix vinegar and garlic salt then drizzle over salad. You can also substitute dressing for your favorite for a few added calories. Serving Size: 1 serving
