0.75 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh0.25 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)5.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw6.0 leaf Spinach, fresh1.0 oz Ground beef3.0 oz Shrimp, raw0.25 clove Garlic0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Cut up all ingredients except for shrimp. Spray pot with pam cooking spray and cook shrimp and ground beef with onions and garlic add in other veggies and season add water If needed.
