1.0 cup, cubes Yams2.0 1tsp Palm Oil2.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.2 cup, cubes Sweet potato2.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon1.0 tsp Salt2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Boil the yam and potatoes till they a soft with water Add all the remaining ingredients and allow to cook Mash up the yam and potatoes leaving small chunks Leave and allow to simmer
