Vegetable cream soup

Ingredients
4 half Zuchini Raw Half Medium (by SKIBIENIE) 1 small Onions, raw 3 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 serving Chicken Stock/Chicken Oxo Cube (1 Cube) (by JENNIEJA)
Directions
Chop into small pieces all the ingredients. Lightly fry them with 1 tbs of olive oil. Than add aprox. 1 to 1.5 l of water (depending on the consistency that you want). Add the chicken cube and all your favorite spices/ I added salt, pepper, nutmeg, sweet red pepper. Let them boil for 20 min in medium heat. Then blend them until it is creamy
