Easy Teriyaki Baked Chicken

Ingredients
4 medium chicken breasts, boneless, skinless1/4 c. soy sauce1/8 c. sugar1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and trim fat from chicken breasts. Put soy sauce, sugar and garlic powder in a very small bowl and mix well. Coat baking dish with non-stick spray (I use olive oil or canola oil spray). Sprinkle spray with a little garlic powder and lay chicken in dish. Stir marinade again and baste the chicken pieces with half of the marinade. (Save the other half to baste onto chicken half way through cook time.) Cook for 20 minutes and remove to baste chicken. Cook additional 20-30 minutes until tender and cooked through. Baste again and serve. Also works well as a grilling marinade!
