1/4 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1 Tbsp sugar2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp. dried oregano1/2 tsp. dried basil15 oz. can black beans, drained15 oz. can pinto beans, drained15 oz. can sweet corn, drained1 red bell pepper, finely chopped1 green bell pepper, finely chopped1/2 cup onion, finely chopped2 oz. can diced green chiles1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, oregano and basil. Add beans, corn, peppers, onion, chiles and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
