Ingredients
903 gram(s) chicken -thighs boneless, skinless, uncooked 2 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 4 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Soya Sauce Selections 25% less salt 4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.125 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp.
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, into a large bowl, mix until the honey dissolves to its max amount (it didn't all dissolve);
Put chicken into the mixture and mix it around being sure to cover all of the chicken;
Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge covered (I used a large Ziploc Bag and made sure all the air was out before sealing);
Preheat over to 400F;
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place chicken onto the sheet and add marinate over top;
Cook chicken for 20 minutes or until cooked through, basting the sauce back onto the chicken periodically while it cooks.
Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes;
You can squeeze lime wedges over the chicken before serving if you desire.

Serving Size: 0.903 kg of chicken is approximately 12 thighs. I worked it out so there were 3 thighs in the serving but you definitely don't need to eat all that.
