Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup sweetened applesauce1/2 cup splenda for baking2 eggs beaten1 cup quick cooking oatmeal1 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 cup chopped walnuts3 bananas (ripe)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mash bananas until creamy and add other ingredients in order listed.

Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour in mixture and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
