1 serving Franz Honey Oat and Nut, Lake Washington (by 1PHATBOI) 0.33 serving Avacodo, Haas, whole large 1 dash Salt 1 large Scrambled Egg 0.33 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes .125 oz Sunflower Seeds, dry roasted with salt added 0.33 serving Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp 1 serving Franz Honey Oat and Nut, Lake Washington (by 1PHATBOI) 0.33 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .125 oz Sunflower Seeds, dry roasted with salt added 1 large Scrambled Egg 0.33 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.33 serving Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Toast bread and butter, scramble egg, mash avocado w/ a dash of salt & pepper and lime juice. Slice tomato thinly. Assemble everything onto the bread and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
