1 cup Butter, salted 0.3 cup Granulated Sugar 0.3 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.25 tsp Salt
Cream butter, powdered sugar, and 1/4c of granulated sugar. Add in flour in three parts. Add in some lavender, lemon zest, orange zest, for lflavor. Only about 1tsp lavender to avoid soapy taste. Refrigerate dough one hour, then roll out in a 8†x 8†square,?wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate until form. Slice into two halves, then approx 1/3†slices, for a rectangular cookie. Bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheets 18-20 mins at 359F
