Cookie Pan Chocolate Chip Cookie!

Ingredients
Shortening, 1/4 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted, 1/4 cup * Splenda, 1/2 tsp * Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 11/2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray pan with non-stick spray

In a large bowl combine cream white & brown sugars & the butter & shortening. Add the egg & vanilla & mix well.

In a med bowl combine flour, baking soda & salt & mix well...

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mix well!

Stir in Chocolate Chips.

Spread dough into pan & put in the oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan... then allow to cool completely before decorating & cutting. But into 12 pieces like you would a pizza or a pie!
