Ivans home cooked mixed greens

Ingredients
12.5 cup Nature's Greens- greens trio (collard, mustard, turnip greens) 3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 4 oz Onion, sweet, raw 3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 100 grams Ham, regular (11% fat)
Directions
Saute chopped onions in 1 tbs of olive oil in a large pan. After caramelizing add chopped ham and the garlic. Stir for a couple of minutes and add the bag of greens and the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Let cook until the liquid is gone.
