Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 package Hannaford Multigrain Pizza Dough .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 cup Spinach, fresh .5 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 serving tofu sausage 3 Egg, large
Directions
Set the oven for 425 degrees F. Spread pizza dough thinly on a large pizza pan. Lightly saute vegetables in a Pam coated fry pan until just tender. Spread over prepared dough. In a bowl, scramble the eggs and carefully pour over the vegetables. Slice and quarter the tofu sausage and spread around on the pizza. Cover with the cheese. Bake the pizza for 5 minutes. Carefully turn the pan a quarter turn and continue to bake another 5 minutes. The pizza should be lightly browned and bubbly. Remove from pan and slice.
