Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato—scrub, peel, slice, and microwave until just tender (about 4 minutes)Wash and cut into small pieces:2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 85 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw Toss above ingredients into medium sized bowl. Add 2 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)1 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo 2 tsp Parsley, dried 1 tbsp Basil 2 tsp Tones Rosemary Garlic 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Salt 1 oz (20 halves) Pecans, choppedToss all of this in the bowl. Don’t overdo it, or you’ll have mush. Chill for best results. Some may like more salt.
Directions
Microwave the sweet potatoes only. The rest doesn’t need cooking.
