6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Sour Cream 4 tbsp Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter) .50 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp Erythritol, confectioners style - Swerve - 11/15 (by ALILDUCKLING) 1 tsp Baking Powder .50 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
Directions
melt butter, mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in separate bowl. Combine bowls. Put in muffin pan. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes
