Ingredients
2 large cans (No. 2) chunk pineapple in its own juice, drained6 Tblsp. flour1 c. sugar2c. grated medium Cheddar cheese1 stick butter, melted1 stacked pkg, Ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions
Makes approx 12 servings.

Mix flour, sugar and pineapple; add cheese. Put in 13 x 9 baking dish and sprinkle with crumbled Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
