3 cups of diced apples (1 of each : red, golden, & green ) add 2tbs.orange juice, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/3 cup diced celery, 8oz.fat free vanilla yogurt, & 1/4tsp. cinnamon. Gentle mix together. Sprinkle w/ pecans when ready to serve. serves 8
