Rice pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup White Rice, medium grain 20 drops Sweetzfree1.2 l Skimmed milk3 grams Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Grease a large dish. Pour in the milk. Add the Sweetzfee. Add the rice and stir. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the surface.
Place on middle rack of small oven on Slow Cook, Low, Convection, and start it up.
After 20 min stir, and again after 40 and 60 min. Allow to cook for another hour or so, until skin is brown. Serve hot or cold.
