Mushroom stroganoff

Ingredients
10.0 serving Button Mushrooms - 1 large mushroom1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 clove Garlic1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving Full cream milk, Long life, Pick 'n Pay(250ml)30.0 Grams Flour, white1.0 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
Directions
Salute the chopped mushrooms and onion with garlic and olive oil untill the juices start to mix with the oil. Mix one cup of milk with flour and add gently to the mushroom stirfry . Add untill consistency is okay. Add salt and pepper to taste and chilli if desired. When the flour and milk has cooked and the consistency is right add the cooked spaghetti and mix through. Serve with parsley as garnish.
