Ingredients
2 cup Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added 15 large Shrimp, raw 1 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) .25 cup (1/2" slices) Bamboo shoots, cooked 0.5 cup Baby Corn - Asian Harvest (by JEHILDE) 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base (by MANGYCOYOTE) 2 tbsp chili sauce - Sambal Oelek Paste of Chili (by RSIMPSON20) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Coriander seed
Directions
Fry onions & garlic in coconut oil until glassy. Add tomato, bamboo shoot, & Baby corn continue to fry. Add green beans & shrimp.When beans are bright & shrimp are pink add rest of ingredients in & simmer.
