Spinach & potato

Ingredients
1) 3 forzen chopped Spinach 2) 1 large potato (3" diameter)3) 1 tea spoonful cumin seed4) 1 table spoon of Olive oil
Directions
1) Defrost 3 frozen chopped spinach and dice potato in small cubes
2) In a pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add 1 tsp of cumin seed. Keep starring until brown (1 minute).
3) Add diced potato and cook for 2 mins starring fro time to time
4) Add chopped spinach. It will release water. Cook for 3 mins starring from time to time.
5) Let it rest for 5 mins before serving on white plate.
