5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Simply Kraft Cottage Cheese 4% 4 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp Butter, salted .125 tsp Pepper, black .5 serving Salt: Morton, Lite Salt Mixture, 1/4 tsp (1.4g)/serving

Mix all ingredients in bowl then whisk in meat.
Bake 35 minutes till eggs cooked through.
