Ingredients
1.0 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained100.0 grams Cilantro, raw1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Drain can of tuna, place tuna in a bowl. Chop cilantro, scallion, peel and chop cucumber, add all to bowl with tuna. Stir in 1 tablespoon each of olive oil and lemon juice.
