Mom's Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
6.0 tsp Ginger Root4.0 clove Garlic3.75 serving Chicken Breast Tenderloin - Tyson - 4 oz.2.0 tbsp Canola Oil3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce1.0 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth2.0 large Onions, raw4.0 cup, diced Celery, raw1.0 tbsp Molasses3.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch1.75 cup Bean sprouts
Directions
Cook meat in oil for 3 min. Add soy sauce and S+P. Remove and keep warm. Add broth, onions, celery, and molasses to sauce in pan. Cook ~10 min. Add bean sprouts and cook 3 min. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 chip water and stir into pan. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
