Wheat Bran Quick Bread

Ingredients
1.50 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Wheat bran, crude 0.33 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.50 tsp Baking Powder 4 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.33 cup Canola Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 1 cup Orange Juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together orange juice, milk, oil and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine wheat bran, flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, walnuts and cranberries.
Add dry mixture to wet and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the bread is firm in the center.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then un-mold and cool thoroughly before slicing.
