1.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil 0.5 tbsp Honey 30 mL Water, tap 3 tbsp Dalmatia Orange Fig Spread (by FAITH2LOSE)
Grind oats into flour in Vitamix. Mix with egg, honey, oil and water to form dough. Press out into 9" circle on a baking parchment, with a little lip on the edge. Spread jam on it. Press the edge with a fork to make pie decoration. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until crust is cooked.
