Thai Chicken

Ingredients
2 T canola oil1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4" strips4 cloves garlic, minced2 serrano peppers, seeded and minced6 T hoisin sauce3 T Thai fish sauce1 1/2 t granulated sugar1/2 c water1 c chopped fresh basil
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Add red bell pepper, serrano peppers and garlic and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add hoisin sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water and stir to combine.
Add basil and cook until basil is wilted.

Serves 4.
