Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 50 g Plain white flour (UK) 500 g Semi-Skimmed Milk (ml) (UK) 400 gram(s) napolina chopped tomatoes (400g tin) 50 gram(s) Stork - Margarine 165 gram(s) Green Giant Naturally Sweet sweetcorn 750 gram(s) Beef, lean steak mince (12% fat), Tesco 9 serving Barilla No Boil Lasagne (1 sheet=1 srvg) 10 serving Mozzarella Cheese Mix (by LOVELYN1205) 4 medium Carrots, raw
Directions
Meat sauce:-
Fry mince, add onion and carrots
Add tin tomatoes, herbs, sweetcorn and tomato puree.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
White sauce:-
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook for 1 minute.
Add milk slowly off the heat, whisking continuously.
Put back on the heat and whisk until boiling.
Add 2/3 of the cheese.
Layer up meat, lasagne sheet, and white sauce.
Repeat 3 times.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cook in oven 180*C for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 good sized portions
