Mushroom Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
6 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Half and Half Cream 2 clove Garlic 8 oz Swiss Cheese, grated
Directions
If using a whole pumpkin, cut top off and save. Remove all seeds and stringy fibers. Add crushed garlic, mushrooms and half and half. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 1-2 hours. If using canned pumpkin, sauté garlic in a little oil for a few minutes then add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 1 hour. Grate cheese to serve on top of soup. Serving Size: Makes 4-6 servings
