Garlic Chive Spread or Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Fage full fat Greek yogurt2 large cloves garlic, minced4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Mince garlic and mix with the Kosher salt and a knife (or fork) to create a paste.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour to combine flavors.
Use as a low calorie high protein sandwich spread in place of mayonnaise or as a topping for baked potatoes (white or sweet). Can also be used for anything you think might taste good spread with it or dipped in it.
Serving Size: 8 servings of 2 tablespoons each
