4.75 cup Toasted Oat Bread Mix from Montana Gluten Free 2.25 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3) .5 tsp Granulated Sugar .25 cup Granulated Sugar 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Proof yeast with .5 tsp sugar in 4 ounces warm water.
Mix bread mix, yeast-water mixture, eggs, sugar, olive oil and 10 ounces of warm water at high speed for 6.5 minutes.
Cover and let rise for 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour batter into greased 9”x5” bread pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, then tent with foil. Continue baking for another 50 minutes. Bread is done at 200 degrees
Serving Size: Makes 19 slices
