Veggie Crab Meat

Ingredients
3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh 3 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) 1 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper (by HCHRISSY) 1 dash Salt 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Parsley, dried 125 gram(s) Crab Meat
Directions
Put Extra virgin olive oil in pan and stir fry asparagus.
Add Black pepper and Salt to taste
Add cherry tomatoes and saute for just one minute and remove veggies from frying pan

Put a little olive oil into the pan and add crab meat.
Add salt and red pepper flakes and parsley
Add veggies and stir fry until a little golden brown

Dish in a small plate
