Ingredients
2 oz Ronzoni Gluten Free Rotini (1 svg) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 Tbsp Alouette Cheese, Feta Crumbled (by MINDY56) 140 grams Roasting Chicken 0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 1 dash Salt
Directions
Cook Pasta according to package directions (no salt) Roughly Shred pre-cook roasted chicken (may use store bought rotisserie) Drain pasta after cooking, allow to cool. Chop Spinach Combine spinach, chicken, EVOO, salt and garlic. Top with Feta Enjoy! Serving Size: 2 Servings
