1 cup cauliflower florets raw marketside (by CMARISOL) 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .25 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter 3 tbsp chia seeds 0.25 cup Kraft Creamy Melt Triple Cheddar (by PIPPAGREY) 2 tbsp bella rosa parmesan (by PBHOUND) 1 serving Cheddar Cheese extra sharp Great Value 16 oz/ serving 1 oz/ 28 g .5 oz Cheese, cream, Raskas (1 oz, 28g) (by CADMUS869)

I fumbled on this. My cauliflower was already cooked so I cooked the almond flour and chia seeds (I think I'll use less chia in the future) in about 2 cups water. add the water a little at a time until you get the constancy you want. Whisk so you don't get lumps.
Next I mashed my florets with my immersion blender. Then added to the pot.
Add butter and seasoning. (salt, white pepper, garlic powder, squirt of mustard or Worcester maybe). Whisk,
