Goodness Loaded Potato Salad

Ingredients
400 Grams Potato, raw 3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 cup Peas, frozen 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 1 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes 3 small Dill Pickles 2 large Hard Boiled Egg 0.35 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 6 tbsp Ken's Steak House, Lite Northern Italian with Basil and Romano Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp 1 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Steam cauliflower and potatoes separately to desired tenderness When cooled to handle...cut to bite sized pieces...place in large mixing bowl Splash on vinegar and toss to coat Dice other veggies and egg Add all remaining ingredients Gently stir toss Salt n pepper to taste Chill for a few hours Enjoy Makes approximately 6 -1/cup servings Feel free to add other veggies I will serve with grape tomatoes
