Ingredients
3 tbsp Soy Sauce 8 oz Trader Joe's Organic 3 Grain Tempeh 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Colgin Liquid Smoke (by CARLY783) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Slice tempeh width-wise 1/8 to 1/4 inch, about 35 slices. Mix all other ingredients together. Marinate 30 minutes to a few hours. Fry in a pan, air fryer, or bake in preheated 400-degree oven on parchment paper, 10- 12 minutes each size, watching to make sure it doesn't get too dark.
