Ingredients
Whole Chicken 3-5 lbs1/2 cup chicken broth1/3 cup Olive Oil1 tsp Worcesteshire Sauce2 tsp lemon juice2 tbs minced garlic1/3 cup soy sauce1/4 cup honey2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Remove giblets and skins from chicken
mix all ingredients together.

if you want put onions on the bottom of the crock pot, add chicken, top with the sauce.

Cook low for 8 hours, high for 4 hours.

I like it best served over egg noodles. VERY moist.

    Very very moist chicken and so easy to do!! Falls off the bone. But it needs a bit more zing in the flavor so add salt/pepper and a bit more worcestershire I think. - 8/19/08
