16 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges 12 cup Granulated Sugar
Cut oranges into tiny bits.
Cover with water and soak overnight.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in sugar.
Add cardamom, to taste.
Bring to 220�F.
Process in sterilized jars for 10 minutes or refrigerate.
