65 grams Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 0.88 oz avocado 13 grams Celery, raw 13 grams Onions, raw 0.247 oz Pickles, Bread & Butter, Sam's Choice 1 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) 15 grams Sour cream, fat free
Directions
mash avocado, mix everything together ....enjoy on toast or sandwich
