GLUTEN FREE Macaroni and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pasta (this one is gluten free!)2 cans of tuna fish in water1/2-3/4 cup light mayo to preference (12 tbsp is 3/4 cup)1 medium onion diced small6 stalks of celery choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Follow directions on packaging for pasta preparation.
2. While boiling water for pasta, dice onions and chop celery to preferred texture. Place in medium size mixing bowl.
3. Drain tuna fish well. Add to mixing bowl.
4. After pasta is done, rinse with cold water, and add to mixing bowl.
5. Stir gently and slowly add mayo to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serving size is about 1/2-1 cup. The above calculation is for about 1/2 cup servings.

* You can also add some sweet pickles to this salad to give it a little sweetness. It is fresh, healthy and crunchy!
