Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 tbsp Canola Oil 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 3 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 2 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Cloves, ground .5 tbsp Salt
Directions
Fry onions in oil, add whole cinnamon and cloves, toss in tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and sweat out the oil. Add the beef and mix well. Season with salt. Cook covered on a low-medium flame for about 7-10 minutes.
