Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
1 med apple30 green seedless grapes1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt2 tsp of whey powder2 tsp of honeydash of cinnamonIce cubes
Directions
Core and slice apple. Wash grapes. Put yogurt and fruit in blender. Add whey powder, cinnamon and honey before adding ice. Blend until smooth. Add sweetener as needed. Makes about 2-3 cup servings depending upon the amount of ice. It'll look kinda green with red flecks but believe me it's great.

You might can vary the grapes and the apple.
