Soft Sandwich buns

Ingredients
Directions
1 1/4 cup Milk1 packet Dry Active yeast3/4 tsp Salt1/4 cup Sugar1 Large Egg3 3/4 cups Flour of your choice3 tbsp Butter (2 for in recipe 1 melted to brush on)
First mix your milk and yeast together and allow to sit and activate for 10 minutes.
Next combine your salt, flour, sugar and add to your milk. Mix it all together.
As your mixing add your egg. If your dough looks dry add a little more milk (VERY Little)
Once its well combined add your butter.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and punch down. Form into a long loaf (think italian baguette) and cut into 8 pieces. Roll pieces into balls and set on a greased pan and let rise for an hour (or until doubled in size) Brush on melted better before putting in the oven.
Bake in the Oven on 350F for 10-15 or until golden brown.
