Ingredients
1 pkg.green sugar free jello1cup hot water1/2 cup low fat mayo1/2 cup cold water 1/4tsp salt2 Tbs vinegar1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage1/2 cup shredded carrot& 1/2 cup diced celeryDissolve jelloBlend in mayo,cold water ,vinegar, & salt.Chill 20 minutes ,pour in blenderBlend until fluffyMix w/ remaining ingredients in mold or just a bowl. Let chill & set (about 2 hours) You can decorate the top a little if you want.It always looked so special when I was a kid.
