Meadow Tea

Ingredients
32 tbsp Spearmint (2 cups)16 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .75 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
1. Pour 1 gallon of water into a large pot and begin heating, the goal is to bring it to a boil while working on step 2.

2. Pull and thoroughly rinse 2 cups of mint leaves. Our favorite is mojito mint. We have tried some others and found that this suits our tastes best. But you should be able to use any mint.

3. Once the water has come to a boil place the mint into the water, cover it, and remove it from the heat

4. Let the tea leaves sit for at least 2 hours.

5. Strain the tea into a gallon container.

6. Stir in .75 cups of sugar.

7. Place in the refrigerator to chill

8. Once chilled to your liking, pour into an 8-ounce glass and enjoy.
