Tomato Basil Salad

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Italian tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 tbsp Basil
Directions
Clean and cut up onion and tomato. Drizzle Olive oil onto mixture in bowl and add basil. Allow to sit for a while to blend the flavors! Can use dried basil in the winter time if you can't get fresh.
