Mac n cheese with Basil

Ingredients
1.75 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, dry, enriched 1 tbsp Butter, salted 0.125 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.25 cup Great Value Milk 2% 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Colman's Mustard powder (by JUSTME29) 1 dash Pepper, black .125 tsp Texas Pete's Hot Sauce 0.75 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar .5 serving Kraft Shredded Parmesian Cheese - 1/4 cup (by MEYERSPARK1204) 3 tbsp Basil
Directions
Cook macaroni to al Dente according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain
In pot, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in flour and cook, whisking constantly, for 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, bring to boil; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in Worcestershire mustard, pepper, and hot sauce and basil
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Serve immediately sprinkled with parmesan and garnished with cherry tomatoes
