Green Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oildash of salt and pepper1 lb tenderloin steak, sliced1.5 onions, chopped4 green peppers, slicedgarlic (2 cloves)1 cup celery, sliced1 cup beef broth2 Tbsp cornstarch1/4 cup water2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Brown steak slices in salted and peppered oil.
Add the chopped veggies and 1 cup broth. Cover and cook until veggies are tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix water, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Just before serving, add the cornstarch mix to the veggies, heat and stir until thickened.
Yummy served over brown rice.
