Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
70 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw 120 grams Olive Oil 5 grams Lemon Juice 2 grams Rosemary 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Process whole egg in food processor. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs such as rosemary, parsley, basil and/or thyme.
With the processor on, slowly drible in the oil, very slowly, almost by drops.
continue adding oil until the mayo thickens.
